I would like to first start out this testimonial by saying we could not be more thrilled with the work that Rob Wirth and his wife Katy have done for us. We started out trying to sell our home ourselves – FSBO. After 4 months of no success, Rob stopped by to ask us how we were doing. He was professional, aggressive, and seemed like a real go getter, so much so that we decided to hire him. After all, he has a stellar portfolio of homes sold in short periods of time, and his personality makes you feel as if you have known him for years. In just a little over a month, our home had not one, but two contracts on it! With his hard work on our deal, he made us feel as if it were a sellers’ market again! But he did not just stop at getting a contract – his work just began. He continues to work hard to make sure the transition is smooth and quick. We are new to the process of selling a house, and he made sure we understood each step and continues to make sure we are comfortable with the process – a true comfort. I cannot say enough great things about Rob, and I would refer him to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home. If we were staying in the area, he most certainly would be our Realtor for all future deals.

I'll try to make this as short as possible. First and foremost I would like to commend Rob and his wife Katy for the outstanding job they performed as my Realtor. This dynamic duo goes beyond the call of duty.

Let me begin by stating I was one of those people that did not like Realtors. I attempted For Sale by Owner for this reason. After using a realtor to sell 2 houses, I figured that I would go at it alone because of the service I received from past realtors. Yes, I have had my due share of poor, not caring, lazy, and unappreciated realtors. So the last thing I wanted for this house was another disappointment.

I interviewed 12 realtors, yes, 12. My wife wanted me to pick the top 3 that I thought were the best so we could interview. Rob Wirth was # 13 and the only reason I decided to interview him because I was going through the brochures I had received from him and he stood out. To make a long story short, the first two reminded me of my last realtors, stating, "we'll put the house on the market for $299,900 and if it don't sell we will drop the price to $289,900 (Wrong answer), or we don't do virtual tours until the house is on the market for 3 weeks (Wrong answer). Then came Rob Wirth, our final interview, with a sign in his hand and very cocky, which to me is a good thing. Rob said "we'll price our house at $299,900.” Notice the “Our House” - he makes it personal.

We decided to go with Rob. The best decision I have ever made, except for marrying my wife. He is a true professional inside and out. His BASIC package for selling our house was other agents super package. If Rob said it, he did it. I know it takes more to selling a house than a realtor, the owner plays a big role in the sale as well. That's one of the reasons my house sold in FIVE days, yes FIVE at the asking price of $299,900. The sale of our house wasn't what impressed me the most about Rob; it’s what happened after the sale. Rob was at every appointment from inspection to appraisal, stating "go fishing Tony; this is why you hired me". I was in total shock. He's a true professional and not only are Rob and Katy "Wirth a Look", they're "Wirth the Money".

I can go on and on, but the bottom line is: I have performed all the interviews for you. I can truly say you will not find a better realtor than Rob "Wirth the Money". Matter of fact, I wish he had a license in Cincinnati, OH because I would hire him to find me a house there.

Thanks Rob and Katy "Wirth the Money". You have done your job well and beyond the call of duty.

P.S. One of the Realtors I interviewed didn't make the final cut, because I tried to call her and never could get in touch with her (I don't leave messages). However, "Wirth the Money" answered every phone call or called me back within 2 - 5 minutes. I could write more, but why? Give him the interview and you'll see exactly what I mean.

I am a naval helicopter pilot finishing up my first operational tour in Norfolk Virginia. Last May I deployed to the Persian Gulf for six months and left my wife and two small children behind knowing that shortly after my return I would be transferring and that I would be selling my house. When I received my orders to transfer my wife started interviewing realtors and getting the house ready to sell. She proceeded to talk to six different agents and one of them was recommended to us by friends that were in the same type of situation, he is a Navy Chief who was also deployed to the Persian Gulf and transferring as soon as he returned home. I like to think that I have some real estate knowledge because I used to have my license when I was stationed in Florida and sold houses on the side. Rob Wirth is the best agent I have ever met or had the pleasure of doing business with. In real estate there are different types of agents and we all have seen them, they all have their sales pitches and put together fancy little presentations to get you to believe that they “are going to get it done for you” and that their approach to selling homes is fresh and unique and that they have a secret system that only they have figured out. That is nonsense because what it takes is hard work, consistency, tenacity, the highest levels of professionalism, a love for what they do and perhaps most of all a realtor who relies on selling homes as his/her livelihood. If what you want is a realtor that works more hours and harder than anybody I know in any business stop looking now and call Rob. If you want professionalism, dedication, common sense, intelligence and high levels of real estate knowledge and training stop looking now and call Rob. If you want to avoid having your home sit on the market any longer than it has to with an agent who finds buyers with intuitive, and creative ideas while maintaining the highest levels of integrity stop looking now and call Rob.

It has been the best home-buying experience. Rob Wirth made it so easy for our family. He worked very hard to find OUR new home. Not only did he find the right house, but he also sold our old one for the top dollar and in the shortest amount of time. It took him only FOUR days to find the right buyer for our old house, which was outstanding, considering the houses in our neighborhood had been sitting on the market for over 2 months. Rob Wirth is an excellent realtor. We recently had a troubling experience with the sale of our home not coinciding with the buying of a new home.
